Sarment Blanc comes from Languedoc-Roussillon by the Mediterranean Sea. The vineyard benefits from a dry summer climate that limits yields.
Great attention is given to grape quality, both when the bunches are still on the vines and during harvesting. To maintain quality from the start, it is important to avoid crushing the grapes, as bruising can lead to unwanted early fermentation. The winemakers are meticulous, vinifying each grape variety separately. Through regular tasting, analysis, and careful blending, the winemaker ensures consistent recognizable quality.
Sarment Blanc is made from Grenache Blanc 40%, Sauvignon Blanc 30%, and Colombard 30%.
The wine exhibits a beautiful colour with golden hints and delicate fruity and floral notes. It is an ideal aperitif and a good companion to cold buffets, white meat, seafood, grilled fish or fish in sauce.
The ideal serving temperature is around 10°C.
