Lambrusco is a lively ruby red wine with purple reflections from the Emilia Romagna region. Fruity notes of red fruit, berries like cherry. Floral, sometimes soft floral hints. Lightly sparkling with a fine bubble. A lively acidity that ensures a refreshing mouthfeel. Ideally served lightly chilled, around 10 - 13 degrees. Pairs well with Italian charcuterie and salumi, aperitif and snacks. Light dishes such as antipasti, pizza, and pasta with tomato sauce. Delicious with fresh red fruit desserts or less heavy cheeses.
